I can't access the the homepage on the omb. What does it say about it? Is it going to be a 'proper' friendly or is it going to be a run out for the kids?
Also, if the fans are sat together in the Main Stand. Will I need to put me steel toe capped booits on???

lol....the YOOF team also played L**ds - as they do every year, Loyalish wasn't meaning this game though - he was meaning the misprint that has been advertised elsewhere about BPA 1st team playing the T'udders first team, i believe it was scheduled for tonight but T'udders pulled out - leaving BPA to play Oldham instead......it seems some over-zealous reporters thought "Bradford" was actuall "Bradford City".....tup:

'If you manage to find City playing T'udders today mate i'll goose-step round the bantams bar naked on Tuesday evening whilst singing Fields of Athenrye, i'll then buy everyone a pint, don a C*tic kit and sing Hail Hail.....'

'Me goose-stepping antics are safe for the time being Normski!!'
Err, I'm afraid they aren't William. Norms right. It's the school holidays and I was taking the kids whether it was the 1st XI, reserves, youth or Dads'n'lads team.
I hope this helps...
The Fields of Athenry
By a lonely prison wall
I heard a young girl calling
Micheal they are taking you away
For you stole Trevelyn's corn
So the young might see the morn.
Now a prison ship lies waiting in the bay.
Low lie the Fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly.
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the Fields of Athenry.
By a lonely prison wall
I heard a young man calling
Nothing matter Mary when your free,
Against the Famine and the Crown
I rebelled they ran me down
Now you must raise our child with dignity.
Low lie the Fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly.
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the Fields of Athenry.
By a lonely harbor wall
She watched the last star falling
As that prison ship sailed out against the sky
Sure she'll wait and hope and pray
For her love in Botany Bay
It's so lonely 'round the Fields of Athenry.
Low lie the Fields of Athenry
Where once we watched the small free birds fly.
Our love was on the wing we had dreams and songs to sing
It's so lonely 'round the Fields of Athenry.
You'll be able to find a tic shirt on the local tip.
P.S. Apologies in advance but I won't be able to make the great unveiling. Make sure you tell them to turn the heating up and good luck! tup:
