Should the world cup be played in the summer during soaring heat, when many of the northern climate players at not used to it? Is this why teams like Italy, Brazil, Argentine seem to do well. Is it right to play games when it's 30C, can players really perform to their potential in such heat?
Maybe they should play the world cup in the Autumn or spring and change and have a break in the domestic league. With the top teams touring around the world duing the summer break, for many it seems to be a 12 month league already.
Wouldn't it be nice to watch some of Bradford's games in June or July?

Maybe they should play rolling subs and goalie when eh???
Once acllimatised they should be sorted...
Englands first game was at 3pm in Germany, the rest of our games will be after 6pm to the heat won't be too much of a problem. It will still be hot but not to the extremes that it has been.
I heard Becks lost 10lb on Saturday. Now that is not on. Plus the jobsworths were not allowing them to take water during breaks in the game!!!!!!!!!!
somebody better tell that lot you can die of dehydration.
I lost £10 too on Saturday as I had England to win by two clear goals, I didn't realise that Sven was planning on playing the second 45 minutes in our own half.
