Wow what a match! I thought the Ivory Coast wouldn't be push overs but they've put up more than a fight and are slightly unlucky to be 2 goals down.

Argentina look in great shape, Riquelme is going to be a key player for them in this World Cup. They're traditionally good starters in the competition but still, they're looking like contenders already.

Fantastic, open game; let's hope the Cote D'Ivoire can pull a goal back at least and not fade away. Good way of showing off the tournament.

P.S. I don't think the WHOLE of the ball was over the line, especially from that angle.

Agree, great match. I thought it was over the line, but I don't think it was clear cut even watching the slowed down video, so therefore the lino was right not to give it.
