I'm watching his report from the England Camp, during half time of the Germany, Costa Rica game. Surely he is the ultimate proof that positive discrimination is all wrong??

I said that to me old man a couple of years ago - there's no way he's got that job because he's a talented interviewer or pundit - he's fookin wierd, some folk are a bit strange or wacky in an eccentric way which is entertaining - he's just plain strange, the way he talks, the questions he asks and his knowledge for an ex pro aint exactly shit hot either!!....Give me Ian Wright any day, at least he has no airs and graces, Crooks is surely only a pundit because he's the only black ex pro thats ever been able to talk in a relatavely English accent!!!...

It's that stocatto delivery of his questions that's weird Matt. You can also see his colleagues and subjects visibly wincing with embarrasment when he's doing his bit. Fucking Rubbish he is.
Ian Wright is shite too though, that's nowt to do with positive discrimination gone wrong, it's just down to the fact he's a dickhead.

Can I add Martin O'Neil to the list?
Loyalish junior aged 8 (unprompted and out of the blue) - 'Does he know what he's talking about Martin O'Neil?'
L2 - 'Why, do you think he does?'
Loyalish junior - 'Err, no.'
That just about sums it up perfectly for me. I wouldn't go as far as to say he's a bumbling idiot, but he witters on without actually saying anything. A right waste of the licence fee if ever there was one.

God, I thought it was just me that detested Garth Crooks with a passion, he is deffo the token black man, and a patronising git at that, it's a toss up between him and Ian Shi......,sorry Wright, who is the biggest tosser, I reckon that Wright will be home long before the World Cup is finished.

My mate's dad loves to watch Garth Crooks! He finds it hilarious in a cringeworthy sense like "The Office". I think the players must like him though, he seems to get all the top players interviews.
