I have'nt been on the message board over the weekend becuse i was at a wedding over the weekend in DERBY/NOTTINGHAMSHIRE hotel.
After a bleary friday night on the beer i woke up to the sight of the nottingham forest first team squad loitering around the hotel, low and behold the loudest of the lot PAUL EVANS who looked quite bemused at the sight of a bradford shirt and GRANT HOLT ( ex of rochdale ) who was only to willing to tell me how good bradford were last time he saw them ( must have been the 5-0 thrashing when he was at rochdale eh )
well thats my little ditty for today ( boring as it may be )

I didn't know Holt was at Forest. I always hoped we'd sign him if the investor story turns out not to be total Bullshit.

I always liked holt. he was in the Sean Mc Carthy sort of mould never that big but useful in the air and on the deck

TBH when we murdered Dale 5-0 this season i was more impressed with Holts strike partner, Ricky Lambert i think he's called, looked like a poor mans Lee Trundle:rolleyes: ...he played well that night thoughtup:

Without sounding like to much of a football geek, rickie lambert came from Macclefield town on a free at the start of the season, he has been knocking them in for a good few years for the silkmen but this year has been his most prolific

He looked a skillfull player that night, more dangerous than Holt IMO, there again, it was only one match i saw them play!
