I noticed he wasn't in the side again at the weekend. When is he going to be given a chance? He was used when we had no-one else, and got 5 minutes at the Hockey Rink. This lad showed enthusiasm, pace, endeavour and no little skill against Bristol City and yet he is still confined to wait while we persevere with Still-not-much-better Petta and Clockwork Muirhead!

Will Todd ever take a gamble and play some of the kids. For crying out loud he's had enough chances to give Swift a go at right back this season and still he hasn't done it.

And before you say it, the older players haven't exactly pulled up trees this season and aren't as reliable as we thought so the safety first argument doesn't wash with me.

Superb post, bring back the rusks at half time instead of oranges

i agree about giving the youth a better deal, penford hasn't let anybody down either but i think todd only played him at first grudgingly

I'm hoping that if we secure safety with a couple of wins, Todd will try out all the kids in the dead games to the end of the season. Is a manager under pressure really going to risk losing games due to inexperienced players though? I doubt it. It'll be the same old last five minutes from the bench run out.

No chance. Todd would rather play his gran than give any of our lads a chance. He's had sooooo many chances to give Colbeck, Swift, Wright, Penford, Brown, etc etc a chance but he's refused except for giving them a brief cameo to keep the fans quiet. He's a total waste of space and is going to ruin our club.
