Kjetil Rekdal

Kjetil Rekdal is the manager of Norwegian champions Oslo Vålerenga, he is also the man who scored against England at Wembley for Norway in the 1-1 draw in the world cup qualifier for the 94 World Cup. He is also a die hard L666s fan and a member of their Scandinavian branch of supporters. In a recent interview which tied him to the vacent manager's position at Hertha Berlin, a club he used to play for, he said

"You fool. The only offers I would consider, would be from Anfield or Old Trafford. The first thing I would do, would be to to sell their few good players - and then have the pleasure of sending one of them, Liverpool or United, down to the Championship."

At least he's got a sense of humour for a l666s fan. Now you know why I don't follow Vålerenga over here and probably why you'll never see him coaching in England.

toddy...no sense of humour? Give the bloke a break(?) His last joke...about not being a negative coach had me laughing until I cried, or was it crying until I laughed! The guy's a genius, keep 'em coming Colin.
Not defensive, go on , keep saying it to yourself, you'll soon be crying too.
Another of his assertions is that there's no snow in Siberia in the winter, another howler! Some call him a wit, or at least that's what it sounded like.
Anyway, another 4 wins in the next 2 games should see us right back in the hunt for the play offs, or if we could make it 5 in the next 2 we could even be knocking on the door of automatic promotion. So, come on Colin keep up the all out attacking tactics and we'll be just dandy.
