I've just been speaking to a York City fan from another forum I visit and he's supposed to be in talks to buy York???

Maybe, him being local to it and all, but when he was interviewed about why he had bought in to City rather than a more local team he said he didn't want to start at the bottom of the divisions and wanted to be involved in a relatively high standard of football. His opinion on this may have changed in the last couple of years I suppose.

I thought Nestlehad bought the ground or something, hence the new KitKat Cresent name

Seeing as the club is now owned by its supporters I think it highly unlikely that they would sell it, considerring the problems they have had with previous owners.
Nestle has done a sponsorship deal with the club, hence the naming rights for the road to the ground.

It's a load of balls, i've spoken to someone on the management and finance committee of the York City trust today and he said exactly that.
