We all harped on about how great our squad is and how we will piss all over this league this season.

We haven't have we?

We have 1 striker in double figures and between the other 3 main strikers before Cooke was loaned out between them they haven't even got half the amount Windass has.

Petta is a lazy shit whos just here for one last pay day.

Schumacher is overrated, he's been made to look very average this season.

BMW the only real spark we have in midfield.

We have a decentish defence and a good goalkeeper but we lack the cutting edge in midfield and upfront ...

Chuckle was right we have a very average squad who are probably in the right position for the abilities of our players and what they have returned.

We can all blame Todd and his negative tactics but we've hardly set the world on fire when we've tried attacking ... Petta gets a nose bleed when he gets near the penalty ... Lewis was a crap winger .... Ben looks like he wants to run to the top of the kop ....

We miss summerbee .... We miss the cutting edge .... Average Squad ... Average Season.

Lookin at the table - I will now settle for average rather than relegation !

I too believed we would be chasing for promotion - how wrong can one be mayb !

Your problem is Todd, all those players you mentioned were brought in by Todd and the players you talk about been sent out were sent out by Todd.

The key to this is Todd.

There is no passion, desire or commitment to the cause. We maybe an average side but we certainly shouldn't be a relegation threatened one.

The way we totally anihalated Barnsely on their own Turf in the FA cup and the way we at times have dismantled teams especially at the start of the season i'd say we have got a team good enough to challenge for the play-offs......injury's, suspensions and lack of form etc may be contributing factors that aren't the managers fault - but inconsistancy, bad coaching, tactics, formations, team selection and "not being arsed" IS - get fookin rid

TODD OUT!!

There is only 15 points separating the bottom team in the play offs with the top team in the relegation zone, a great year for city to climb out of this division
Because it is so close – anything can happen for a lot of teams – and probably will --- the seasons not over yet

TBH our squad is good enough to get out of this league, easy. Just look at the quality of teams we play every week, and the amount of times we've come away saying, 'they were crap, we should have mullered them'.

They just look so disjointed and lacking in confidence at the moment, no different last night. Only the defence really plays with any rhythm or finesse.

Like I say, IMO we need someone in the management staff who can work with our forward players and get them playing like the deadly unit they could obviously be (hints at Hartlepool first day of the season). Our Colin obviously doesn't have a clue when it comes to the final third.

BTW just to set the record straight, Petta was easily our best player last night, actually looked like a winger when he got forward, went past people, held it up well at times so he could involve the attack and delivered some dangerous crosses. So obviously Todd was gonna take him off at some point.

Was Chuckle right?? What a ridiculous question ;)

I'm sorry KB and the rest, this squad has never had "promotion" stamped on it, that's why I was and to a certain extent still am prepared to give Todd some benefit of the doubt. You really do have to go back to the dark days of Docherty and his Milwall rejects to find such an uninspiring collection of players representing Bradford City. Not their fault, they took what was offered, but we are fishing in the shit pool for players and I'm sorry, it shows. Anything above halfway was always going to be an effort worthy of congratulations for this lot and I said so in August when the usual ridiculous expectations were flying around.. Now I fear we will be over the moon with fifth bottom and NOTHING not even a pig headed manager and an incompetent set of buffoons in the boardroon should be allowed to jeapordise that!

Todd will be no good with the forwards anyway - he was a defender, pretty damned good one but no forward. As we all know defenders are a different breed to strikers.
