Fuming Paul Merson admitted he was "embarrassed" by his Walsall side's performance.

He said: "No disrespect to Bradford but they are nowehere near one of the best teams that we have played. I don't think that they played particularly well but they didn't need to. If I was one of our fans, I would have the raving hump."

God help you when you play someone decent then, Pete Doherty...I mean Paul Merson cos you pish poor and by far the worst team I've seen down at VP this season!!

Just like City at Oldham in the first half, Walsall didn't turn up for the WHOLE match!

Yeh I can't argue wi that! 11 blokes picked out of the stands last night would've beat Walsall but if we were that bad and pissed on em then I don't fancy there chances playing a decent team!!
