Despite all the miserable home performances and sh*t form and despite the fact that i'd rather Todd went now and got a new manager in time for January............if Todd still has to be here in January then i will give him a chance to turn it around if we make two quality signings.

We are supposedly interested in Michael Chopra who is still well down the pecking order at Newcastle as well as Sunderland winger Matthew Piper with a view to bringing them both on loan. (courtesy of BFB).

The defensive aspect of our game is sorted so IMO all it takes to change the season is for Bridge-Wilko to re-capture his form and two quality attacking and adventurous players like Chopra and Piper to be brought in on loan. Coupled with getting rid of the deadwood in the transfer window would make things look rosy again. At the end of the day towards the end of last season we looked like re-kindling the form which sent us on that 5 game winning run early last year and it has been some horrible signings that has crippled the squad.

Get rid of deadwood like Petta, Claridge, Morrison, Holloway and Crooks and bring in Piper + Chopra on loan and another quality winger and IMO we will be right up there challenging for the playoffs again.

Given the choice though i'd rather just get rid of Todd now....but if it comes to it we can always hope that the above scenario will happen.

How the fcuk is croksie dead wood - he's been one of our best performers this season, far better than schey and he'd be in my squad anyday!

I see Schuey as a potential captain when he's a bit older - a great engine on him and can get a few goals , he's struggled a fair bit this season but so have most other players ! - he's our own League 1 version of Gerrard - believe in him people , he's head and shoulders above Clogger Crooks.

As for getting rid of Morrison , nah get rid of Turd as he's the root cause of our predicament - listening to him on the radio he sounds like a man readying hismelf to walk the plank.

Will JR do the task though ? , I reckon they've written off this season already despite the talk of making a last push to get amongst the play off positions.
