Swansea...........

Do we all get a second chance after being too THICK to cotton on our predicted team had already played?? One rule for one should surely mean the rest of us get a second chance?? The competition should restart again at the weekend in the interests of fairness???

I pick SWANSEA for next week and fully expect to be allowed to do so!!

I'm afraid I can't allow that, although BG did pick a team after it had already played, the rules state you can't pick a team after the game in which it was involved in had kicked off. So the pick was void therefore it didn't count, no cheating took place only a simple misunderstanding of the rules which was highlighted and put right at the time without any complaints.
A new competition will be run shortly and it wouldn't be fair on the people who got through to week 2 if everyone was allowed another pick.

Blatant Favourtism!! Misunderstanding of rules or not...round one should be void, I reckon there would have been people on here you wouldn't have allowed another pick if they had "misunderstood the rules"

What do you mean? When your Fantasy team was entered incorrectly I got back to you and informed you of it so you could re-submit. There is no favouritism of anyone as far as I'm concered, the desision stands. All that happened was a simple mis-understanding of the rules which was corrected almost immediately.

That was BEFORE the competition started not after half the fixtures had been played. As I say...blatant favourtism.

BG is through to the next round, no rule was broken just a mis-understanding of the rules.

I picked Udders to go through, I thought that would ensure a city win, how sad am I and I feel so guilty today, I wish I was out of the comp.
