Just as a matter of interest. If we beat the Austrians on Saturday, would you prefer the safety net of the Dutch Beating the Czechs meaning the Poland game isn't important. Or would the thought of a blood and thunder, night on the piss getting behind (except the I told You So Sven Haters that is) the lads, in a winner takes all frenzied Wednesday night showdown with straight to Germany the Prize for the Winners??

Personally....I'd be quite happy for the night on the piss on Wednesday.

That wouldn't happen though would it?? The Poland game becomes a non event if both teams know they're there. The Pubs'll be empty for that one if there's nowt tangible to play for. The night on the pish becomes at full time for the Holland Game if we beat the Austrians and the Dutch beat the Czechs, which will be an anti climax.

I think if England and Holland win then we would hammer Poland, really turning on the style...

If we have to beat the Poles cos Holland lose then it could be very very tight...Or we could turn on the style and start the WC06 "Its coming home" drivel from those wanting the coach out ....;)

I reckon we will win either way, however id prefer the Dutch boys to do us a favour...:D :D
