The leagues going to be over before it's even begun at this rate.
Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool all dropping more points to Chelsea this week.
Nice to see Wigan doing well though, Only 30 more points to get.

the press are right in my opinion the premier league is getting boring now,i think the fans will vote with their feet,as not even Arsenal or London utd can get near Chelski. There are no up sets or surprises in the prem anymore, its getting so predictable. :(

So Wigan winning at Everton and Man U losing at home to Blackburn aren't upsets and are predictable?

Even as someone who have tipped Chelsea to not maintain their last season's form I will happily concede that the title is over. More to do with the inability of the "challengers" to maintain any concistency than owt else though. The chequebook is the king at Chelsea rather than any Super Coaching ability

I will say Thorney that Wigan's victory was not an upset to me, I'd have been more surprised had Everton got owt against a far better team than themselves.

Jimmy is right, the Premiership isn't a spectacle anymore, I'd like to think that a knock on effect would be bigger crowds in the football league, but I fear the major knock on effect will be more and more interest drifting away meaning more and more money drifting out of the game, which means the knock on effect to the clubs in the lower divisions will be disasterous :(

I had Wigan away on mi coupon Thorney.Blackburn are on the up,it was a bit of a surprise but nowt that made me think wow.You saying its not boring Thorney.I know the last few match of the days ive watched the games have been dull apart from 1 or 2.Tonights doesnt bowed well either, there doesnt seem to be any cracking games anymore with exciting football and loads of goals. Its getting worse than serie a for boring games.

Why is it always me ffs... lol..:D

The cheque book once again hasnt really brought in any world class player to Stamford Bridge....

He has just bought the style of player to complement his tactical play..
All for one and one for all method...

The league been over is rightly though said to be the fault of the other "big" teams lacking in seemingly the will to win anymore..... This is further highlighted by emergence of the lower teams competing early on at the top table..

Are they getting better as well as the bigger boys getting worse... Maybe we are seeing a massive shift in power... We have always had a dominent team and its now looking like Chelsea are the ones... When Liverpool ruled the world it wasnt a boring league... Hopefully this will be the same...

The footballers are at the same high standard and the matches still look as entertaining...

I think the crowds will flock more to see Man Utd, Liverpool + Arsenal getting beaten by their boys...

I shall reserve judgement for now...

If the cheque book rules, then why are Real Madrid doing so poorly? It takes a lot more than just money, but it does help.
