does todd rate our youth's?

he signed edgehill rather than giving swift a chance,he signed claridge rather than giving forrest a chance and today we didn't have a midfielder on the bench even though we have (i think) a promising player in penford in the stiffs.why won't he give these lads a chance?swift looked ok in his cameo appearences last season.forrest has never been given a decent run in the team by any manager and penford hardly ever gets on the bench even.are they really not good enough?we'll never know until they get a run in the team.
it showed the faith todd has in swift that he signs a journeyman on a short term deal rather than give a young lad a chance for 3 games.
imo we shouldn't have signed edgehill or claridge.how is this club ever going to move forward if we don't give the lads a chance?

Edghill is quality, yesterday he was 2nd best player on our team! I dont think hes a journeyman, he actually cares about winning as showed yesterday when he battled all 90 mins!

Agreed, i think its shambolic that we have players like petta and holloway out there when we have players with more determination and entuisiasm and equal attributes in the reserves. When will Todd realise

Im pro - Swift too but Edghill as done nothing wrong since he came here, Swift should now be 2nd choice & Holloway put out to grass!:D

As for Forrest, although I like the lad he's had enough chances IMO but failed to deliver!

Claridge WILL be a good signing!!!
