I wouldn't want to be in his shoes....
I reckon he'll be looking at 6-8 years and he deserves every minute he spends inside...

It's just beyond belief when you read the charges against that scumbag - and the devastation his actions have caused - I can't imagine what the mother must be going through losing 2 sons and her husband really badly injured.

I really feel for the parents and family, especially the mother, not only has they lost their precious children but it said on the news that her husband was in hospital with a broken back and neck.. I honestly cannot begin to think what this family are going through and I hope I never have to.. very sad..
Death by dangerous driving plus drink driving plus driving without insurance... that is a disgrace - I hope they throw the book at him, not because of who he is but because of what he has done.. after all, Lee Hughes did time - they are no different from any other sc/mbag imo..

Hughes did a runnner from the scene i recall, at least there was not the opportunity for this to happen - driving in the early morning, over the limit, no insurance (someone elses motor?) - he took a hell of a chance and has paid dearly for it.

Yet another muppet who should never be allowed to drive again.
It's daft how "death by dangerous driving" is a seperate crime. It should be murder or manslaughter - just because it's a car it shouldn't make the crime any different.

Surely a man of his means would have insurance? If it was someone elses car then he would be covered third party by his own insurance policy unless he'd nicked the car which he hasnt so why?....daft cunt.

Most policies only cover 3rd party for over 25s unless you ask for it specifically (and pay more!)

Well I guess that whatever his premium would be he would be able to afford it on his wages. If some young Asian lad from Manningham can afford his insurance on his take away wages then so should a pro footballer.
