Just wanted to post a message wishing all the best to one of my heros.
You can say what you want about the guy, but he brought joy and hope to so many peoples lives including mine, and many people have earnt a good amount of money off the back of him.
Being 25 now, I was a young 7 yr old in 1990, and it was that world cup and that man that brought me into the football world. I followed his career from then on, and he will always be a legend in my eyes.
The stars of today, although they shouldnt aim to model themselves on him for obviuos reasons, could learn alot from his never say die attitude and will to win on the pitch.
We really should do all we can to help him, and make sure that the George Best story doesnt repeat itself.
You can keep your Rooney, there will only be one Gazza.
