12 points needed to avoid the drop, and it seems thats what the club are aiming at now!!

Of course this isnt good enough & not what the 14k fans turn up to watch every week.

Whats gone wrong and why have we found ourselves in this position again?
Why do other teams go down and bounce straight back yet we cant even come near?

I mentioned on another thread that if Thorne gets injured we will struggle to score goals - we are in the exact position as we were last year and no-one really expected relegation until it happened.

Surely lightening cant strike us again!!

I would really have to consider forking out £300 for a seaon ticket in the conference!!

I'd hope we have enough in the squad to avoid any last day escapes - up to the players now to earn new contracts.

surely we ought to be thinking of keeping going as you never know what might happen. what we need now is an inspirational captain. Wethers has been ok but hardly inspiring.

We're still points behind even if we win the games in hand lol

Maybe Wethers is just being realistic

Spot on Parrot.

Personally all I think he's said is that we need to guard against complacency otherwise we'll end up right in it. He goes on to say that we've got to ensure that mid-table is the least we finish.

I think that's a realistic view of where we are. Guarantee safety first and then take it from there. The quicker we guarantee safety, i.e. get on a winning streak, the more chance we have of reaching the play-offs.

Cheer up. It's not so bad when you've know it was going to happen since July last year.

Will be the same next season too mate, thought I'd prepare you and save you the same depression next February.
