The minutes silence was, as expected, perfectly held.

Good cross from Bradford beck well taken by Thorne. 1-0 in first minute.

Bradford then let Lincoln take over and totally boss the game until the last when a great cross / pass from Daley bounced into the goal much to the surprise of Conlon who was doing his best to mess it up.

Why do we play with midfielders as we barely use them prefering to lump it high for their centre backs to win. We won but deserved nothing and will be lucky to stay up this season. Lincoln were shit as well but knocked the ball around well and looked the only winner until we sneaked it in the end.

Points

Big Don 6 ok
Williams 7 good game
Clarke 7 good game again
Wethers 6 ok
Heckingbottom 6 ok

midfield not really used so hard to rate.

Attack, again not really used so no marks there.

Managers tactis 0, there was no sign of any tactics at all from Mccall.

IMHO of course.:)

Bit harsh on Thorne and Nix there Wykie, i thought they grafted hard without support from 'G' or Evans who i thought was atrocious. IMO

Anyone heard why Topp wasn't even on the bench? Hows he gonna get fit if he doesn't play??

How many games have we lost when we have been the better side ???????????

We may have not deserved the win today put it's a small payback for the games we have lost and deserved to win.

and yes JS It was hard on Nix and Thorne but it is heart breaking watching the long ball as first choice and midfield and attack wasted. Mccall needs to get a grip of this motley crew and now.

Macca doesn't think he's ready.

Macca doesn't think he's ready.

How will he ever be ready if he's sat on his arse every game. It would have given everyone a big lift in the second half to bring him on when we were struggling.

If he can manage 60 minutes in the reserves, i'm sure he can do 20 minutes in the first team!!!

I think your answer there is Barry Conlon. If we've got a lump of shit up front that's taller than 6ft and no pace in attack (Nsungu/Medley?) then that's all we'll do.

Give it to the wingers to run at players and cut inside and thread balls through to a paceman and we;ll reap the rewards.

At the moment though, with two old idiots like Thorne and Conlon up front, we'll be at best, nicking goals. We need young and hungry players. I hate to say it but look at l66ds playing young players who want to win.
