My Niece visited VP tother week [with school] and was given a voucher [which could be exchanged for a ticket at the ticket office] As she's only 9 her Mum and Dad said they'd go too. So my sister goes to the ticket office on Wednesday for two Darlo tickets. After initially finding all the ticket office shutters down, somebody in the shop came to assist. It took them 10 minutes to finally get the shutters up, then a further 30 minutes to try to operate the computer, they even sent for reinforcements from the offices, but still to no avail. After all this they finally said 'you'll have to come back on Saturday for the tickets'.



It doesn't fill you with confidence does it?

I am a little slow today... roflmao: but I would hazzard a guess that has something to do with it... it will be like WW III tomorrow with the queues at this rate... get down today or early tomorrow is my advice tup:

It's not good customer service or PR though is it.
