The wait is so painful

I'm getting just a little bit fed up with this situation JR has put us fans in.

First he takes way too long to sack Todd.

Then makes us wait months and months till we get a proper manager.

Now we are being strung along even longer dragging the whole McCall saga out.

I don't think anyone can blame Macca for any of this. He has been in no position to make any statement and the blades have put him in a very difficult position.
Nobody could blame him for turning us down if it comes to it. It is only his legendary status at VP that has kept him from turning us down long ago, his heart strings being pulled and yanked, head fighting heart. I must be difficult for him.

If he doesn't end up coming then JR has a hell of a lot to answer for. Effectively the wait for Macca has cost us a relegation, is costing us players during this early off season and could end up costing us a manager if we end up with Wethers who just is not ready for management.

Yes Macca is the dream manager for JR and most of us fans so I bloody well hope JR has had a firm gentlemans agreement from Macca about coming. If it was "If I don't get promoted to manager at the Blades end of season then I'm definately your man" then that would be fair game but if JR has had no such talks with Macca then he needs his head examined. Surely he wouldn't be stupid enough to take such a gamble if he didn't have this promise?

I just wish we could have some clarity soon instead of raw hopes from the club with nothing substantial behind the words.

JR,has not even contacted Stuart McCall about taking over at VP,he thinks McCall is going to come knocking on his door..................

JR,is hoping someone snaps him up and it wont look like he's to blame for not getting him back at VP.

The he can just say ''I tryed to get McCall and hung on,but now we need a manager in place so im giving Wetherall a 2 year contract,because im a clueless fucking recluse,with shit for brains.''

how do you know he hasn't contacted him? Why wouldn't he contact him - he has little to lose but loads to gain if Stu says yes. Perhaps gettingin there and actually selling the job to Stu would be enough for him not to even consider Sheff Utd.

Haha...yeah maybe they are looking at our s and the UK's emails..it was announced last week in the 'Moscow Times' that Stu was coming to Bradford...they must have been tapping into his pc...!
