Is SWD hinting that he wants to join Bradford on a permanent deal (or Lincoln if they dont get promoted)?
Personally i think he could do a job for us in League 2...

He sound like he means it -- and we need a goal scorer if EJ is in the mid field

I've posted before that i'd heard that City have an option to sign him in the summer. Thats why he joined us on loan & walked out on lincoln
He was good for Lincoln in League Two, anyone watch that Friday night game where he single handedly destroyed Walsall's (Div 2 champs) defence.

Yep!
He took his chances well in that game but i'd sooner have Billy Paynterjump:
I can't see us getting Paynter. Southend only signed him last year and paid £300k for him, so I doubt they will let him go for nowt, he also had a few options when he first joined Hull so I bet he is on a decent wage, especially for League 2 standards.

SWD Is a decent player, fast and skillful, i would have him up front with windass or paynter or any other striker in league 2,he would easily walk that league!

Im in two minds about this, on the one hand young players burst onto the scene like Wier Daley with Lincoln but later turn out to be bab. On the other hand he didnt exactly get great service when he was with us. The top teams in league 2 seem to have 20 goal a season strikers, i get the feeling (or hope?) that Wier Daley may turn out to be the next Jermane Easter, with desperately need to sign some good young talent for next year, so i suppose we could do a lot worse than sign Spencer. If all else fails he'll be a pacy striker, something were lacking at the moment.
