Best ever atmosphere at VP when Edinho played; He used to get the crowd going,
ran circles round the so called great "Emerson" of borough at VP,& was known
through out the COUNTRY as a top striker.

1st time he scored for City I think he pulled the old 2nd shirt trick. I'll always remember him for for causing the 16 man brawl against Bury. Everyones piling in, and there's Edinho on the edge of the box 60 yards away, whistling nonchalantly.
Hero.

Aye - the wee fella was a top man, 100 percenter and very skillfull, saw him in the Queens hall decked out in Miami Vice type t-shirt with suit jacket and stonewashed jeans (bless) - seems fashion never hit Brazil and Portugal....lol - when me and my mates started doing the "were not worthy bowing" whilst chanting "Edinho" he started laughing and bought us all a round, couldn't speak a chuffing word of English though!! - i'll have a pint of what the lad had who said he was better than Carbone though....lol
thats like having a mccall appreciation site, what about both?
