man utd and chelsea dominate domestically, but liverpool can be immense in europe- rafa knows his stuff.
i think if these new owners were to get a proven scorer (david villa anyone?), liverpool have the potential to be a superpower again.

I don't get this.
you state which team has the best chance in the champions league and then you refer to the new owners buying players.
how are they going to buy any players this season to help them win the champions league.
To try and answer the question, i believe that unfortunately the scousers have the best chance out of the english clubs of getting through as i believe they have the 'easiest' tie (if ever there could be one now).

the point i'm making is that liverpool are the best equipped to win in europe but lack that goal-scoring edge this season.
i agree with you about the easiest tie- chelsea in particular have their work cut out
i think all the english teams that are left in it are all equiped to win the champos league.
i fancy the winners of AC milan and Bayern to take it though!

I fancy Man U from that draw, i reckon they've got the easiest tie of the round (again)....
I also think PSV are the most underrated team in the CL this year..
I reckon semi finalists will be: PSV, Man U, Munich & Chelsea which means
semi finals of Man U vs Munich & PSV vs Chelsea......
Chelsea vs Man U in the final?!?!?!
Roma went to Lyon who had not been beaten since 2002 at home in the champions league and won 2-0 there.
Totti on form is as good as anyone.
Do not discount Roma!

I reckon Man Ure VS Chelsea in the final...
But then again im sure Blatter wouldn't like the English ruling all the cups on offer this year so the refs appointed and how they officiate should be interesting....
I also think Roma could do Manure though ....
