Serious question,Wethers has an opportunity to make the job his. He's brought in a very experienced coach in Frank Barlow so it looks like he intends to carry on playing for the time being.
Does he have what is needed to do the job? Can he be tough enough or will Barlow dish the bollockings out.
He comes across well in interviews and is an intelligent bloke compared to neanderthals like Deano who i believe would make a good coach but not manager.
How will the team play, will he be more adventurous than Todd?
What does everyone think?

I think Weathers has what it takes to be manager, but probably only if he hangs his boots up - he can't be player, captain and manager.....if he wants to take the job seriously and give himself the best chance of taking it full time i'd be considering hanging my boots up - at least whilst he's in charge!!
I think the full time job is a couple of years too early for him - but he'll get the respect of the players and fans in the meantime and will hopefully do a good job as caretaker until the legend returns....
I'm not bothered who is manager of Bradford City as long as they bring success. If Wetherall is that man then he gets my backing, on thing was clear Todd wasn't the man and had to go.
Looking forward to Saturday now, was actually weighing up not bothering to go before yesterday.

Its amazing the effect Todd had on loyal City fans to the extent that people were'nt actually bothered about going to games. The last time i can remember things being like that was under Docherty

You'll know from what Paraders said the last few weeks on a Thursday in the bar after the footy that its the 1st time in 33 years that he's missed more than 1 home game - think he's missed 6 or 7 on the trot until now cos of Todd - i was not going to bother myself this Saturday similar to Rick - but i am now, i'm looking forward for once - no matter what the result.....i never felt like that under the Doc!!

I'm in the same mould as Parader as well, Matt, and I've missed more than I've seen this year. I'll be there Sat'day, save us a seat!
