....how excited/emotional would you be?
I didn't think there was a prayer he'd ever return - i'm not too sure now, i think there is a chance, he wants a managers job in the summer, thats only a few months away.....whilst we might be skint and the job could well be a poisoned chalice, SM has never been the one to shirk a challenge, and is there really going to be a better chance for him? Will he ever have a job where he'd get as much patience or support from the fans? I doubt it!!....
IF he did ever return i'd probably be in tears like i was when he re-signed from Rangers, i aint ashamed to admit it - i'd also be one of the giddy fookers who'd be down at VP on the day of his announcement!!!....
There aint one other manager who'd bring out that much excitement and emotion amongst the fans - the 10,000 ST's pledged would be smashed and the feeling of optimism would be at its highest for years!!...
Lets hope Jnr does everything in his power to make this happen - it'd be a great legacy to leave before he steps down (which is gonna happen IMO) in the summer!!....

I'd buy a discounted Season Ticket and give Rhodes six months off of pointing out how useless he is. But I won't have to because it aint going to happen. Simple as.

If it happens - and I still think it is a big IF - I think the city faithful would once again swell the gates
Pledge target would be easily hit and there would be a great ground swell of good feeling - bugger it - if he did i'd join the trust...... AND get a season ticket

If he did then I would be doing double somersaults !!! I think now could be the time, like Ern says it would certainly swell the season ticket pledges and pay on the day would increase IMO.
Come on JR - do it !!! PLEASE !!!

bought a card for who?
I personally dont want Macca back here - as I see it as his poisened chalise that may be his downfall - and I never want to see my hero's humbled and pilloried for something that would be out of his control.
As for Julian - well his hand was forced on the todd decision - one he would not have taken if the gates had been good.....
This is the last drink in the last saloon on decision making terms

I'd be highly delighted and very sad at the same time(if that'a possible)
Delighted because he is a legend(an overused term I know) but if you can't use it regarding the Clubs greatest ever product, who can you use it about?
Sad because I would hate to see him getting booed or abused when things started to go wrong.

After all that we've been through, in the last few years, it's time to seize the day.
Bring back Stuart, send season ticket sales through the roof, set up a player fund and let's give it one more shot at turning the Club around.

You've missed something major out that needs to happen before that can be anything near a possibility. Can you see what it is yet?

Positive doesn't actually mean realistic my friend. Or do you actually enjoy being disappointed?
