On "your on sky sports" - the inevatable couple of emails came into the studio from a couple of City fans asking if he was going to apply for the job....
He said "its sad when your linked to a managers job because it means another managers lost his job" - yeah right Beags - you couldn't stand the cnut!!....:D
The presenter then said that "he earns too much at Sky - he's going nowhere" - Beags made a jokey comment about him not earning nowhere near enough at Sky!!
Another emailer then asked if Beags was gonna sidestep the issue who he reckons should be manager - again he was very non commital and mentioned that most managers were employed at the moment - the presenter again mentioned that he was happy in his Sky pundit job.....
Wierd really - he looked very serious and gave away no clues, you'd have thought he'd have made a serious comment on the issue, although perhaps with it being a nationwide phone in would have felt awkward doing so - perhaps he'll make more of a comment on soccer night on Thursday!!
