Rhodes out - Clearly there needs to be someone to come in.
I personally can't see any outcome other than liquidation with him at the helm. Sadly he's contracted out our assets so we're not worth buying anyhow.
Can I edit the poll and add "Not Bothered?"

Im afraid JRs monopolised that option already Ed:rolleyes:
Maybe so, Not everyone in Bradford agrees that Rhodes should go, nor does everyone agree that Todd should go.

Why is it head in the sand? maybe they just don't care for the political side of the club and are just happy to turn up on a saturday afternoon win/loose or draw - it's afternoon away from the wife for some ... not everyone gets as involed as people on here or on other messageboards.
They simply dont give a flying f**k what's going on down at VP as long as they get 90 minutes away from the wife ...
Hence why the Trust has so few members, BCISC struggled for renewals fans just dont give a hoot about all the other stuff it's a saturday afternoon, chin wag in the office monday morning and forget about it again until saturday for some fans.

Rhodes should go- if he can garuntee sombody else can come in and do a better job. As long as he dosen't leave the club high and dry, i don't mind him going. It could persuade Gibb to come back in- as long as he dosen't ask him to pay for it.

You miss the point Ed, if theres no club, then theres no entity for "Not Bothered" types like you to go and be uninterested in the political side of the club. Maybe then the "Not Bothereds" may be kicking themselves at not being a bit more bothered about the Joker playing pretend Chairman with their football club.
Doubt it very much, they will head over to Leeds or Halifax ... or even the Bulls.
Just because you may care, you might be intrested doesn't mean others are, Does not matter how many times you try to say otherwise, some just arent arsed about that stuff and will just move to the next club should it happen.

They class themselves as fans?

So if bradford city went under you would sit and cry every saturday wearing a bradford city shirt while watching the results come in? or would you even play your own little games in your head?
I know what i would do, i'm young enough to follow someone else i use the word follow as i support and love bradford city but i also follow and possible support 2 other teams, who i watch their progress and hope they win! My loyalty is with city, you know that as you were there at carlisle on that tuesday night, you see me at most home games, i buy shirts!
I know loyalty isn't just about how many games neither, but i am loyal, but if city went under i would have to have my footy fix!

I think the 7,000 who still turn up for home games are extremely bothered about the situation - the floaters have long gone, plus we have the disenchanted element that must be a sizeable number.
They will class themselves as fans yes, A fan isn't just someone who sits on messageboards every day talking about how pished off they are with Todd, Sick to death of Rhodes, Annoyed with Youga for getting sent off, MBW playing crap and getting picked because he's Todd's secret long lost son.
Not everyone is intrested in the going's on down at VP, Many of the old folks who sit in the sunwin couldn't give too hoots about that stuff. For a lot of them it's a chance for them to meet up and when the final whistle goes they leave city there, in the stadium and don't give the club a second thought unless they pick up the newspaper and see someones been sold or loaned out.
Out of the 7,000 who turn up regularly i'd say around 70% or even more wouldn't give a second thought to supporting Chelski or Man Utd if Bradford went bust.
Not everyone is as involed with this club as people on here.
This website and the others dont speak for the majority of fans, hence why Rhodes still hasnt booted out Todd.
If you believe that Ed thats up to you.
I know for a fact out of all the City fans I speak to, many who don't post on messageboard want Todd out and have done for ages.
We are down to the bare bones in terms of support now, all glory seekers and such are long gone and just because they aren't vocal at games with regards to chanting Todd out doesn't mean they don't want it too happen.

It's so easy "In or Out"?
So he goes out then who comes in? Who has got the dosh? JR's money is basically the only thing which has kept City going up to now.
I'll agree and be the first one to say he's not cut out for the job, and I don't think even he would disagree with that.
Yes I think he should go, but only if there is someone who will come in and bankroll the club, if not then all I can see is "Rhodes or no club" I know who I would choose.

Just as you say, I also know people who didn't care if he was here or not. They probably won't even care if he's been sacked.
Not everyone cares, but if you want to believe everyone does that's upto you Rick :)
So Rhodes goes and then what?
We have a Chairman who is fan but has limitations in how he manages the club; he has not taken any money out of the club; he is not looking for a quick buck; the mere fact he has stayed with Todd is to provide stability to the club wrongly in my view, not the stability but his lack of foresight in recognising that the team has been floundering under his management.
So who is going to come to a club like this?
Debts to manage, lack of fan support, although they are quite vocal on here, but never turn up; who is in a position to throw money at this club for approximately 5 years without return? another fan...........maybe........
JR has his limitations of that there is no doubt, but his motivation to want to stay and steer the Bradford City ship is unquestionable. He has always stated despite people ignoring this little fact, he would be more than happy to return to being just a fan, if the right person came forward.
Patience is what is required here, and our ability to back a man who has seen this club through thick and thin. Slagging him off and saying he is a tosser and worse a 'c' is nothing short of abysmal and says more about the person using such disgusting and inflamtory language. It is one thing to have a view about someone's skills and ability it is quite another to verbally abuse someone who is trying their best to keep this club going. He might not suceed, but I don't see them beating a path to our door with Vans of cash at their disposal, or have I missed something?

Rhodes = No Club too.
Is that catch 22 or Hobson's choice? Either way, I'd rather take my chances without Rhodes, because he is a natural born fuck up.

I know of at least one credible buyer within the last few months who Rhodes turned away because he wanted more money for his shares.

Do you think the penny will drop one day Baldy, that it's his own failure that has made his shares worthless? How can he expect to or even think he deserves a return on his investment after the fuck up he has made of this football club?
If you read this message board Junior, I make this appeal! If you are City Through and Through, just sell the club for a penny or give it away. Because you are destroying something you claim to love!!
In the name of everything that is good for Bradford City just go!!
