Scores for individual performances in todays game- plus the overall team score.

Donovan Ricketts: 7- made some spectacular saves, and came out well for set pieces.
Richard Edghill: 5.5- OK going forward, but was at fault for second goal. Looked slow throughout.
Mark Bower: 6- Steady enough, but still shakey while passing.
David Wetherall: 6- slow at times, but steady enough. Intelligent play from set-pieces.
Kelly Youga: 7- Looked promising throughout. Played good football at times; good defensively. Bizarre substitution by Todd.
Omar Daley: 6- good at times; good final ball (mostly); bad control at times.
Steven Schumacher: 7- Looked strong on the ball; good, intelligent play. Less so defensively.
Craig Bentham: 6.5- Got in some good tackles. Served his purpose, if a little rigidly. Bizarre booking by the ref.
Marc Bridge-Wilkinson: 5- Looked poor throughout. Slow; didn't put in much effort. Worst game in a city shirt this year.
Billy Paynter: 7- Quiet first half, but came into his own in the second. Three good chances, but was quite possibly offside for the goal.
Bruce Dyer: 8- Worked continuously hard. Good debut goal; deserving of MoM.
Subs:
Ben Parker: 7- Steady both in defence and attack.
Eddie Jonhson: 7- worked very hard during his short tenure; could have scored.

Ref: 3- poor game, as usual.
Linesmen: 4- see ref.

Overall team rating: 6.6.

Hi wise one----- re Youga- I just find it hard to understand how anyone can be not interested when they are doing something they love.Especially in a new team when they are hopefully trying to impress.Lets hope it was just nerves in the new environment. Cheers

I thought Youga did very well, he was winning every header and didnt mess about with the ball. I thought he looked interested 2 cos i remember watching him when we or forest had a corner and was in there clapping and trying to get the team going.

I remember him backing off defenders as well - but as i said he looks to be well up to whats required in this divsion - he has not played much first team footie this season - he should improve.
