Been three times now and won't hesitate to go again.

Converted warehouse next to the canal just round from the Moorings pub.

Bar downstairs, restaurant upstairs.

The restaurant is set around a balcony overlooking the bar with mainly comfortable semi-circular alcove seating although there are a few free-standing tables as well.

I'd describe the food as not quite fine dining but much better that your average pub food but at good pub food prices.
The wine list is a bit on the expensive side but the beer is reasonably priced and extensive.

The starters are varied and tasty and of a decent size... the thai fishcakes were to die for.
The mains come with veg and a choice of potato including their speciality "Big Chips"
I've had the massive Lamb shank twice and a Rib Eye steak in beteween and all have been very nice indeed.

I don't eat sweet but the missus and friends say they are very good.

Smoking in the bar but not in the restaurant.
