Centenary Square, with the cocktail bar next door! tup:

Downstairs there is a buffet, upstairs food is ordered from the menu.

I was disappointed with the service upstairs. It seemed to take forever and at the time when I was a veggie they kept on making mistakes like putting meat in my rice even though I had been telling them all night that I didn't eat meat.

Downstairs, well....wow!! The buffet I think is about £11 in the evening and half that at lunch times. There are plenty of tables and so no need to book. The range and quality of food is amazing and there is plenty for veggies too. Soft drinks are refilled free and you can do it yourself. Alcoholic drinks are a little on the expensive side. The staff are attentive but not annoyingly so. Really, the only thing I could moan about is the distance between your table and the people next to you. I have never seen the place full so perhaps they could get rid of some of the tables.

Cocktails in there are nice, can stand and admire the view going past in summer!

I always make an arse of myself in there.

Be warned! If you go to the buffet after 830 you end up with the rubbish food. Most of the good stuff has gone, and whats left is just the scrag ends of any food. So go about 6-7 for the good stuff :D

Good point. I don't think we have gone that late before, though could be wrong. Before 4:30 at weekends is half the price I believe so it's best to go early!
