Under-fire Bradford boss Colin Todd stood defiant after Bradford's latest misfire, declaring: "I expect to be here for Leyton Orient next week."
The draw in the Cup leaves Bradford with one win in 10 games, when they beat Crewe, heaping pressure on the Bradford Chairman Julian Rhodes to inspire change to stop the rot.
Todds's winning percentage has fallen way below 50 percent since he took over Bryan Robson, and it seems his team is in one of the worst runs for a long time.
However, the Bradford boss still fought his corner when interviewed by The T&A after the Milwall game, initially refusing to answer questions on his future by replying: "I'm not here to answer those questions. It's not for me to discuss and I'm not making that decision.
"If you want to discuss the game we'll discuss the game. If not we'll finish (the interview) now. It's your choice."
Commenting on the performance, the Bradford boss confessed: "In patches, we were good, in other patches poor. We gave up too much ball, our midfield lacked any steel and that's very disappointing.
"Obviously we're very disappointed with the result. Credit to Milwall, they performed well tonight but there were a lot of errors from us.
David Wetherall and Donovon Ricketts provided two outstanding performances for Bradford in an otherwise abject display, which left veteran star player Dean Windass at a loss to explain a total lack of quality.
"Awful was probably an understatement, everyone is absolutely gutted and that's how we should be," Windass said.
Todd refused to point the finger at Windass though, insisting that his 3 match ban shouldn't influence the outcome of these football matches.
"We are all under pressure here, we put in a very, very sub-standard performance tonight, there's nobody to blame apart from the players."
The future for Bradford and Todd is seemingly uncertain after yet another disappointing under par performance from a team who looked play-off bound after the first two months of the season.
As the pressure mounts on Todd so does the barracking from the Bradford faithful.
