.....for those conspiracy theorists out there - does anyone else like me think that his sending off was premeditated?
Its obvious (to me anyway) that he's miffed with Todd, and, whilst an employee of the club can't publicly slate Todd (altho he does vica versa) - i honestly think that he was trying to make a point.....it was noticeable to me that Wethers was the man to calm him down and send him on his way - wonder if a comment of "you know i'm with you Dean, but this aint the best way mate" was said.....

Said it earlier and i will say it again ....Any player getting sent off to prove a point and ensure a managers grief at the expence of the team should never be allowed to wear the shirt again...

I dont care how good he thinks he is 100% every game is what he should give and voice his concerns either in public or to his manager in private....

Either of those would get my backing but red mist causing the fans to miss out just to prove a fooking point...KNOBHEAD.....

I suppose that hailing from Hull it does limit his reaction to physical assault or a gurn in public - down with the shape shifters

I don't think the stupid idiot has the brains to think that deeply, he is one of Todds untouchables who is never dropped so i don't think he's anti-Todd, just a brainless nut

Me too he jumped in but I want to see it again as I am not sure their player was an angel at that tackle either.jawdrop:

Maybe as Windy is getting all the blame -- he is keeping Todd in a job -- well for now anyway

Whilst i agree with the above sentiments, i honestly believe that it was a show of petulance, and was definately premeditated!...
He should be more professional than that, but we all know he aint the sharpest tool in the shed and he does, whether love him or hate him for it, wear his heart on his sleeve!!

I want to see the incident again,as my first thoughts, were Penalty.I say this because their man slid in two footed.

who cares if he wears his heart on his sleeve...

If A manager came out and said he deliberatley lost a game by fielding a shit side to wind certain players up would you be as understanding...

Would you fook....

No place for that at City we are not good enough to play on purpose with 11 let alone 10 at the minute....

I never said i agreed or disagreed with his actions (should there be some substance in what i think) - i was merely making an observation!!....

Its a tricky one because if i'm honest, whilst i'd never, ever want us to loose - i wouldn't have lost any sleep had we lost today, in some vain hope that it might speed up Todd's departure!!

If i had been Windass i would have done an Eric Cantona drop kick on Colin Todd in the dug out to make my point.tup:

If it had been 15 minutes from the end of a frustrating afternoon, there might have been some substance to it but so early in the game, it was brainless.

If the other guy jumped in as well he should have gone also but the lino was only about 10 yards away, why did only Windass go/

My thoughts at the time but..................... I thought it was a penalty in the first reaction, we'll see tomorrow and the linesman is / was probably correct as i am slightly biased:p

To me that's pure bollox KB..If he does it now, what's to stop him doing it next time he feels like having a tiff..Then the next and so on and so on...

No place for it and if you even think thats fair in anyway to get rid of a manager i don't count you as a proper footy fan whatsoever...

He is paid to play not throw a fooking strop....That's called professionalism...

There are plenty of folk who disagree with what they are told to do or how to do it...Especially in my line of work...Yet professional folk knuckle down and get on with it....They do not put more pressure on their team mates ...

As a fan even in the slightest way accepting these actions in whatever shape or form you show a total disregard to the sport and way it should be played as a whole....

I would say the same if it was any other team...Even if it were Manure ffs...

If Windass deliberately got himself sent off to prove a point against the manager then he should never wear a City shirt again.

However, I don't for a second think that's what happened.

I dont think deano would ever do that, and i think he likes todd, i remember last season when he said he wouldnt be here if it wasnt for Todd. Why would he do that just to get sent off and wat point does it prove, our fooking players arnt good enuff at the end of the day to get out of this league, or even challenge for playoffs, wat the f**k can we do about the finances, nothing, oh we cud sack todd and give him a big payoff and bankrupt the club. Yeah well at least ud be happy tood asnt got a job eh

Did any of you....
...listen to Radio Leeds before your game?

Derm Tanner saying something along the lines of "Deano says he'll be back to his old self today. No more half-heartedness trying to avoid the bookings, he's lost part of his game since he started doing that," proceeded by an interview with LardArse himself.

Then seeing he'd been sent off after 13 minutes! Brightened up a very bleak day. What did he do?

back to his old self then - not like the 3 reds he achieved at Aberdeen though

Seeing the challenge again on TV, it's even worse than I first thought! jawdrop:

How on earth can Deano call himself a 'professional' after that challenge! I mean FFS he's suppose to be a Seasoned Pro, he's suppose to have experience and he flies into a challenge like that in a position like that? IDIOTIC!

A two week fine is a must, he let EVERYONE down yesterday and without the sending off we would've won because Bournemouth were poor! I never abuse players at a match usually but after Deano's challenge yesterday I stood up and shouted "You're a fcuking Idiot Deano!"

With KB's conspiracy theory thing i wonder if Deano didn't fancy a couple of long trips down to London for the Orient & Millwall games coming up.
Maybe he'd rather be at home

Deano is not on form, getting slower and if he wanted to get a red card there are much easier ways of doing it -- Deano would not clincly take a man out and possible hurt him -- unless it was pay back time for something ;)
