Now in a week or two you will all bow down to the mighty DutchBantam. You heard it here first.
Our new target man is....
....
.....
.......
.......
Wethers.
There, I said it. Ainge sounds like he's doing a grand job so far, Bower is not a left back and the strikers are doing shit. Solution = play O'Brien at left back, Ainge and Bower in the middle and pair up the two youngsters up front. Windows and Wethers.
Awesome. jump: :D tup:

It's just on a mere whim that I pose the question but what do you base your opinions upon?
I mean, how many games have you seen this season, last season, the season before that?
I'm not saying that I am pro or anti Todd, I am saying that I am not in a position to judge, despite having seen some games in recent seasons. It intrigues me to know how you think you are in a position to judge management and tactics from afar.
We could meet up at Brussels Midi station for a London match and compare critical notes but I think it's difficult to judge the performances from distance.

I'll let you into a little secret. Not all my posts aree totally 100% serious. Some may on occasion be in jest.
I get my information from scouring every single website possible and from the radio and from bantamsworld, etc.
How many matches have I seen this season? Zero. I try to catch us on sky and try to get to VP but holidays do never seem to coincide with matches recently.
However I would place my opinion as valid as most poeple's on here. Everyone has their own blinkers, their own bias, their own idea's. Why should my views be not as valis as that of a season ticket holder? At least I don't take myself seriously. I like to stir up conversation, throw idea's around. My random thoughts may be bollocks but if they spark better idea's or good arguments then my job is done.
Finally, now that I am going to be getting divorced, I will have a lot more freedom. Brussels Midi is only two train rides away for me. If you give me a months notice (so that I can get affordable eurostar tickets) I'd love to meet up with you to go to a London game (or two or four). Bloody good idea. Brilliant.
Which games and when have you penned in for the rest of the season?
PM me.

Luke. Youth player of the season and more highly fancied by everyone bar Todd than even Ainge.

Sorry about my slightly grumpy uppity attitude there. I had a bad weekend and the real spirit of your post was lost on me.
Millwall 9 December is doable in a day. Pity that the last train back is as early as 18.42. I'll PM the details but basically it's € 124 return.

Thats going to be pretty tight for me to get back to Maastricht. I've just checked and it is now 150 €uro return and I'd barely make the last train home. Would be very tight.
I think for me it might be just as easy to get a plane from Brussels to Bradford and stay over the night in a cheap B&B or something in Bradford and make a full weekend of it. At least there's more choice of games to go to and by January we should hopefully have a new gaffer in place instead of the Toddster.
