Calf Strain

After playing football with the likes of JPH and Jonny1978 last night, I have acquired a nasty calf strain as a result of one of Jonny's mate's hacking me from behind.

All being well I'll be ok to play tonight, therefore I am going to avoid walking on it at all today. Just thought I would let you know.

PS. Speaking to the Ring O'Bells last night, and they are well up for it, saying they're gonna hammer us. The keeper has been on this MB too to see what's been said about it all

get yourself paying on mondays at ricky dunnes i think there are a couple of teams needed. we are top of the league on monday at the moment and will probably go up, even if there is still 3/4 of the season to go.
