As we were saying last night in the bar - 2 subs seems to work better than 3 and gives more of an opportunity for everyone to play for longer - if Paul can't play and everyone else turns up why not leave it at that? 5 players and 2 subs - not being a cnut either but Komakino should be in the team everytime in front of Bullbantam......;) (soz bully :p)

i concur with the subs being 2 not 3, the time in between playing is too long, and it's hard enough getting someone to be subbed anyway!

Maybe before the start of the game, unless someone is playing rather crap, you all agree that someone is coming off after so many mins

I agree that more organisation is needed, but not to the degree of a rotation system. I think we should either designate a manager on the sidelines to do it, or have Matt decide, as he can see all of what is going on on the pitch.
