As all of you who know me on here, Im not one to lick any body's arse (normally take to piss takes - much more fun), but I would just like to praise SFB by the running of the C & B bookies.
It must take a lot of effort and research on his part, therefore:
SFB........I salute you. tup: jump: jump:

No need for points now. My agent sorted that out for me.
If however, a donation is going begging............

Cheers, Rambo. It's a pain in the neck at times, and as some may have noticed I didn't get the Premiership fixtures up for this weekend just gone.
What makes it hard is I try to give the best value I can so it isn't just copying the bookmakers' odds from their websites. Most of my books are less than 102% over-round which in layman's terms means if I was running the book professionally I would on a level playing field make £2 for every £100 bet. Euro will verify this and I think Rick knows how to work out the percentages as well!
I don't mind doing it and welcome any ideas for new betting opportunities. What I will struggle with is a betting market that is constantly changing like the Leeds Manager thing, cos I have to keep closing threads and starting new ones so that the people who backed Wise at 14 to 1 for example still get paid on that and the new odds apply for those who missed the early long odds.
What I intend the betting to be is an added interest in the game, whichever one it may be.
Credit has to go to baldbantam as well who was doing it before I was given the role and still settles the odd bet, and to Ed as well who I think settles bets when I haven't got online straight away. Either that or there is a bookie's ghost who's doing the settling!
Anyways, get yersen round t'Bookies, it's open for business on this week's big games! tup:
