This is the team we beat in the qualifying game 9-2 so we've got a good chance of getting back to winning ways I hope!
Ed maybe injured this week and maybe for a few weeks but we'll know more by Wednesday. On the plus side we have a new player this week who used to be a poster on here, komakino. I've played with him before so know he's a good player. KB, I need his house number, post code and date of birth if he wants to register for every week. Same details required for Si if he wants to too. SFB, I need the same from you I think. I'll register everyone Thursday.
I'll find out from JP if Paul can play so we should have a pretty strong squad this week!
Anybody who can't play for whatever reason list it here and we'll see what sort of squad we have to pick from by Wednesday evening.

Reckon we might have to let a couple of folk down this week if everyones available - me, Booshie, Gaz, JP, JD, Si, Ryan, Paul - superfat? Thats 9 and were only allowed 8 and i've not even included Ed who might be injured.....nice problem to have tho - too many, rather than too few - glad i'm not the manager though.....:p I'll text Ryan for his details and ask Smites to supply Si's!!....

On a purely fair basis, the guys who turned up the week before will be in the squad and whoever is left will have to wait for a chance or get a place if there is one. Only way to do it really or folk won't turn up in future. All those that played last week are in if they turn up again this week. If we assume Ed is injured that leaves 2 spaces in the squad for this week and it looks like we'll have 3 players to fill 2 spaces. Myself, komakino and Paul. Paul being a ringer, and not there last week and not really a city fan will be the one to get the chop! He's probably working anyway!

Yes I'll be there.
7pm next week might be a struggle, getting back from work in Wakefield then getting to t'other side of Bradford. Must get the helicopter out of the garage!

I'm growing a beard for this weeks game just add a sinister look to our team.

FPMSL.....:D :D
Si might stir stuff up a bit an'all - they'll think he's our "veteran" the old looking bassa, you wouldn't think he was only 28 or sommat....
I won't be, i'm going for a scan tonight at the BRI after work (was meant to be St Lukes) on my knee as it's getting worse rather than better. I'm in pain just walking now and I wish they would fit lift's were I work!!
Not bad stats before I limp out though :)
Played: 3
Scored: 2
Goals against whilst on pitch: 3
You'll now go unbeaten all season now ;) Good Luck with your season i'm probably crocked for a long time and the Doctor thinks surgery is on the cards if the scan shows what he thinks is up.

Good advice I think. I was speaking to BantamMenace who plays for a team in our league and although his team beat The Marsh, he said they were no mugs and the keeper was very good. Perhaps when we played them earlier they were well under strength. I think we should do ok though, last weeks defeat will give us that kick up the arse!
Anyway, the new kit is ready so we'd better turn up a bit early to get changed. Quarter to nine should be fine. We'll have to take it in turns to wash the kit I suppose, I'll volunteer first. We could wash our own kits but some weeks we'll have players who can't come so it's probably best to keep them all together.
