Cheers.....tup:
We unearthed another star this week in jonnyd's mate (sorry forgot his name:o) - cracking player...
Jonnyd, JP, Booshie and Ed played brilliantly again - Gaz (Rambo) was MOM according to the ref - the little bastard won't shut up about that now for ages....lol
Even better result considering the team we played were boasting in a gobshite manner before the game "how they were gonna murder us".....PMSL...:D
Feared the worst when we were 1-0 down after a minute....jawdrop: Not to worry tho, we played yet another team off the park.....jump: jump: jump: jump: jump:
We had a good "following" an'all tonight - Prawny, JS and Tatt came and watched as did Dead man shoes and Si - a couple of others we know!!...(Official attendance - 5.....:D)

Close game in the first half then C&B swamped 'em roared on by the 3 loyal fans. Their keeper was really gobby at first till he got backache picking the ball out of the net

Well done!jump: jump: jump: jump:
I forgot to bet though:( :(
Sorry I won't be able to write a match report as I missed some of the goals whilst I lay flat on my back holding my knee. What bugs me about that is there player booted me into the side, Ref didn't see it so came and asked me what happened I told him that he kicked me into the side. He gave a free kick but made us pass it back to there goal keeper??? to me that didnt make sense.
Matt had another good game and was unlucky to let in a goal, there goal went in off the post after we left Matt a little exposed, maybe through being over confident following last week's win?? When they scored first I'm sure others thought the same "Here comes that tonking we were all going on about last week". But instead of crumbling we dug deep and played some very nice attacking football, attacking well down both wings.
Our equalizer came from a very good movement down the right hand side, we played it nicely between two players (I can't remember the players names but can remember players faces) the ball was knocked across the left to myself, I came inside a defender (who I enjoyed playing against as I could actually spin off him easily) and played it into the far corner of the net sending our three fans wild :D
It stayed 1-1 for what seemed ages before we got 3 more before half time, non of our goals were simple tap in's they were all well worked goals putting the ball to the far side of the keeper on most occassions.
Before half-time Matt pulled off a save of premiership class diving down low to his left hand-side and continued to save us as we started to slow down and probably became over confident.
The second half I didn't see much off as I didn't last very long (not an Adie style injury an actual genuine injury, with the help of Raljex and a massage from the wife it's not as badly bruised as I thought it would be) falling down in a big heap after slipping and banging my right knee again.
What I did see was Jonny's mate tear the opposition apart on numerous occassions scoring some very nice goals that even Matt would of probably struggled to save - some of them were top draw shot's we really do have some talent in our team.
If I could put names to faces i'd of written in more detail I just can't remember people's names as yet. As I learn them I'll make the match reports longer and more indepth.
My man of the match would go to either Matt or Jonny's mate both played really well.
I'll try put on my non-Caddermateri shooting boots next week also, Had I hit some of my shots properly we'd of been out of sight before 10 minutes were even played!
Good game, Thanks to our supporters for coming to give us support. Well done lads more of the same next week.

Good report Ed, sorry about the incident with the Ref, he probably didn't see it cos he was talking to me through the fence. I've known him for a lot of years since he used to ref me in Sunday football . He's called Dennis Shaw, hes a City fan who sits behind me in the Carlsberg, we were talking about City. Hes alright though, a decent guytup:
So it was your fault!!! hampering your own team!!!

Nice one - be warned tho, you'll then have to slum it on Saturday, back to watching crap - after having your eyes pleasured watching our quality football, watching City won't be the same....;) ;)

To be fair it was the Ed show in the first 10 mins, you were peppering the goal with decent shots the keeper just made some decent saves.
